What is Keramati?

Keramati is a modern healthcare service offering personalized, on-demand care through virtual and in-person consultations, health tracking, and wellness support.

What are your office hours?

Our office is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 4:45 PM.

What insurance do you accept?

We accept most medical insurance. Please note that insurance coverage is not available for dental or alternative medicine services.

How do I get a prescription refill?

For prescription refills, established patients should contact their pharmacy and request that a refill order be sent to us. Please note that we aren’t able to process prescription refills for non-established patients.

Where are you located?

Our office is located at 16550 Ventura Blvd #214, Encino, CA 91436.

Appointments
When do I need to make an appointment?

We recommend scheduling your appointment at least two weeks in advance to ensure availability. Your doctor will determine the frequency of follow-up appointments based on your specific needs after your initial visit.

​​What should I bring to my first appointment?

Please bring a photo ID, your insurance card, a list of any medications you are currently taking including dosages, and any previous lab results you may have.

What is your cancellation or no-show policy?

We kindly ask all patients to please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment to avoid a $175 cancellation fee.

Do you offer telehealth or virtual appointments?

Yes, we offer it on a selective basis.

Do you offer emergency services or same-day appointments?

Emergencies will be assessed by our doctor based on a brief medical history. Scheduling for emergencies will be accommodated accordingly.

What chronic conditions do you manage?

We manage a variety of conditions including cancer, chronic fatigue syndrome, post-cancer treatment care, anti-aging treatments, prolotherapy, pain management, and shingles.

Can I get lab work done at your office?

Yes, we offer a range of laboratory services including a complete metabolic panel, thyroid panel, kidney tests, liver function tests, diabetes screenings, and STD testing.

How often should I schedule dental check-ups?

We generally recommend scheduling dental cleanings once or twice a year. Individual needs may vary, and we will personalize your schedule based on your specific dental health.

What teeth whitening and cosmetic services do you provide?

We offer both vital and non-vital teeth bleaching, as well as veneers, crowns, and bridges. Additionally, we provide full mouth rehabilitation and other advanced cosmetic dentistry options tailored to meet your specific needs.

Do you offer orthodontic treatments like braces or Invisalign?

Yes, we provide Invisalign treatment as an option for orthodontic care.

Procedure-Specific Questions
What is the recovery time for a specific surgical procedure?

Recovery times can vary, but dental procedures typically last from 3 to 5 days. In some cases, recovery could extend up to  1-2 weeks, depending on the patient.

What anesthesia options are available for surgeries or dental procedures?

For your comfort, we offer several anesthesia options including IV sedation, oral sedation, and local anesthesia.
