About Dr. Keramati

Dr. Keramati is a dual degree medical doctor and  dental surgeon. He is Board Certified and a Diplomate Of the American Board of Holistic Medicine. A physician and dental surgeon with residency, fellowship along with background in Microbiology and Mycology(Study of Fungus) . He has taught at the Universities of Iowa and Southern California as an associate clinical professor of Dentistry for many years. He was the director of the Department of Oral Diagnosis, Director for AIDS Educational Training Center for Southern California and associate clinical professor of Oral Surgery at USC. He is currently an assitant clinical professor of Family Medicine at the Western University of Health Sciences at Pomona, California.  He has numerous hours of continuing medical and dental educations. He has lectured extensively in numerous scientific meetings. He is routinely attending seminars on the latest advancements in the medical and dental field, both in the alternative and allopathic areas for his own self growth and for the well being of his patients. He has performed countless of oral surgeries for removing of  focal infection when present under intravenous sedation. His special interest is in pain control in cancer patients, chronic pain patients, patient with chronic fatigue syndrome and chemical sensitivities. He also is very interested in doing esthetic dentistry e.g. veneers, metal free crowns and bridges for the patients with chemical sensitivities. He has presented many lectures including his research in root canal treated teeth at International Association of Dental Research. He has been a member of many medical and dental societies to mention a few including American Osteopathic Association, American medical association, American dental Association, International Association of Dental Research, California Osteopathic Medicine, California Medical, and California Dental Associations, American College for Advancement in Medicine, American Academy of Head, Neck, Facial Pain and TMJ Orthopedics, and DAMS (dental amalgam mercury syndrome).
